Area of Interest:
Paul Estabrooks, PhD, completed his doctorate in the School of Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario in 1999. Since that time his research focus has been on practical behavioral interventions to increase physical activity. When he began working with Kaiser Permanente in 2003 his focus expanded to include nutrition, & weight management. Primary areas of research include dissemination and implementation research; pediatric obesity; work site wellness; comprehensive community approaches to promote healthful lifestyles.
